Can I return a VELOCIO SPORTS product if I ordered the wrong size or product or changed my mind about the purchase?

Yes, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of your order.

To return a product, please send us an email at shop@velociosports.com.

When you contact us, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your VELOCIO SPORTS order number.
  • A short description of why you are returning the product.
  • Whether you are able to return the product in original packaging in a resalable condition.

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond with instructions on where to send the garments and original packaging.

When we receive your return parcel at our warehouse, we will confirm that the products are in original packaging and in resalable condition and will then issue a refund of your original purchase price minus any freight charged on your original order.

If the products are not returned to us in original packaging and/or not in a resalable condition, it is at VELOCIO SPORTS’ sole discretion as to whether a refund will be issued.  Please note that if the product(s) have been used, for substantive activity and not just merely worn for testing the size of the product, we will not be able to resell the product.  If we decide not to issue a refund, VELOCIO SPORTS’ Customer Service will contact you to inform you of this and the product will be returned to you at no charge.

The timing of the credit card refund for returned item(s) will depend on when you send your return shipment and how quickly we receive the item back at our warehouse. Please note that the speed at which the refund is made can also vary depending on your credit card issuer.

 

Can I exchange a product purchased through the online store for another size or a different product?

No, we do not normally do ‘straight exchanges’ or ‘other product’ (different style) exchanges. For this situation, please place a new order through our online store then contact us (as above) to get a refund on the original order.  Please note that you must do this within 14 days of receipt of the original order.

The only exception to this is if our warehouse has accidentally shipped the wrong product to you; in this case, please contact us by email at the customer care address for your region (see above).

Can I return a VELOCIO SPORTS product that is faulty or contains a manufacturing fault?

All VELOCIO SPORTS products purchased online are covered by a one (1) year warranty against any material or workmanship flaws.

To arrange a replacement product, please contact us by email at the customer care address for your region (see above).

When you contact us, please include the following information in your email:

  • Your VELOCIO SPORTS order number
  • A short description of the problem with your product.
  • A photograph of the fault (one of the faulty area, one of the care label in the back of the garment, if possible).

 

My order from the VELOCIO SPORTS online store contained a different product to the one I ordered – help!

If our warehouse has accidentally shipped the wrong product to you; in this case, please contact us by email at the customer care address and we will arrange a replacement product to be sent to you as soon as possible.

In your email, please note:

  • Your VELOCIO SPORTS order number
  • The details of what was shipped to you in error (eg the product code on the box).

 

Can I return an item directly to VELOCIOSPORTS that I purchased from a retail store or another online store?

No.  We can only exchange items purchased via the VELOCIOSPORTS.COM online store. If you have a fault with a VELOCIO SPORTS product purchased from a retail outlet, please contact the respective retailer to arrange your replacement product, exchange or refund.
